"Strain YK102 was prepared from MS22,which is an flaL (now called flgG) mutant of strain MS1350. Strain MS22 was made flaL+(flgG+) pyrC46 by P1 cotransduction from strain 30SO-U6 (fla+ pyrC46) and then nalA by selection for nalidixic acid resistance on L agar containing 10 ug of nalidixic acid per ml."[1]
