Purpose
Materials Needed
- 8 g Difco nutrient broth
- 1 g KCl
- 1 g MgSO4 (7 H2O)
- 0.002 g MnCl2 (4 H2O)
Protocol
- adjust pH to 7.0
- autoclave
- aseptically add sterile 5X10-4 CaCl2 and 1X10-6 FeSO4
- solidify with 17 g/L of agar
