Purpose
- Allows for more sensitive detection of media acidification using lower carbohydrate concentrations (compared to other standard indicator plates)

- Ingredients[1]
- Tryptone
- NaCl
- Bromothymol blue (BTB) solution
- Bile salts no. 3
- Agar
- Sugar (L-arabinose, L-rhamnose, D-lactose, and D-galactose were used in the reference)
