Page Generator
Do you need to generate a page for the EcoliWiki, but worried about getting all of those boxes in the right place? No worries! You can use this page to automatically create a new page with all the formatting. Below, you'll find a header for each type of page that can be automatically generated.
Blank Page
The blank page is given to start writing free text. If you would like to create a page that does not exist in EcoliWiki, use the blank page template to start adding information! Simply enter the name of the page you wish to create and Click Save to save the page to the wiki.
Literature Page
For creating a new Literature page, you'll need the PMID number. Once you have that, simply enter PMID:### into the box, where ### is the PMID number.
Methods
To create a new page about laboratory methods, type in the name of the page-name in the box below. Then click create. This will create an empty Methods page for you. You can edit the page directly and then click save. Or, if you prefer, create the new page by clicking save. Then, you may edit the page by each sub-heading.
Bioinformatic Tools
Adding a new bioinformatics tools page to EcoliWiki is easy. Simply type in the name of the new tool to be added to the EcoliWiki in the box below. Then click create.
