- Links (to things like supplemental data, comments about the paper, etc.)
- Keywords/tags
Other headings should be
- Main Points of the Paper (this would be answered in list form)

- Notes
Headings for the Phenotype Table
- Phenotype Ontology
- Type of Experiment (classical genetics, knock-outs, etc.)
- Species
- Details
- Author Inference from Results
