- Isolation of B. typhosus and members of the intermediate group
- Isolation of E. coli, B. aerogenes, B. enteritidis, and B. cholera suis
Technical Details
Materials Needed
- Pre-autoclave
- Dipotassium phosphate
- Agar
- Distilled water
- Post-autoclave additives
- lactose, or other sugar
- alcoholic solution of basic fuchsin
- freshly prepared sodium sulphite
