*1 g KCl
*1 g MgSO<sub>4</sub> (7 H<sub>2</sub>O)
*0.002 g MnCl<sub>2</sub> (4 H<sub>2</sub>O)

== Protocol ==
*adjust pH to 7.0
*autoclave
*aseptically add sterile 5X10<sup>-4</sup> CaCl<sub>2</sub> and 1X10<sup>-6</sup> FeSO<sub>4</sub>
*solidify with 17 g/L of agar
