Abstract

The resistance of cya and crp mutants of Escherichia coli to rifampicin (5-12 ug/ml) has been shown. A positive method of cya and crp mutants selection based on the use of rfampicin as a selectional agent has been worked out. Mutants selected by this method are not distinguished by studied properties from known ones.
